Cucumber Kick Juice
This is a recipe that I accidentally stumbled upon when attempting to make another juice! (And I actually like this juice better!) Try this recipe to get your daily dose of greens!
- 2 Green Apples (Use 1 ½ and if you want it sweeter you can had the other half.)
- 3 Cucumbers
- 4-5 Parsley Stems
- Ginger (about a Tablespoon)
- First wash off all of your ingredients.
- Next start putting your fruits and veggies into the juicer.
- Juice all of your produce. Stir container and enjoy!
*NOTE: I use a Hurom Juicer, which is a much slower juicer than a centrifugal juicer so I like to cut up my produce so the juicer doesn’t get backed up. If you have a high speed juicer you can put everything down the chute of the juicer without cutting it up!Mores *NOTES: It does not matter what order you juice the produce. I sometimes alternate but it’s all going to the same place anyway! :)And More *NOTES: This juice comes out (I think) with a perfect mix of sweet and a little spicy but if you want more of a “kick” then you can always add more ginger and/or parsley! Also, if you are okay with the spice of the juice you can always add more cucumber and/or apple. The base of the drink is the higher water content fruit and veggie (Cucumber & Apple) If you want it more sweet you can add more apple! :)
