Pear + Pom Bites

Pear + Pom Bites


  • 2-3 Bartlett Pears
  • Brie Cheese
  • Seeds from 1 Pomegranate
  • Honey

*NOTE*: The serving size for this recipe is really up to you! You can make this as an afternoon snack at home for yourself or you can make this to bring as a dish to a get together! One pear would be plenty for just yourself and obviously use more if you decide to make a large serving size! The same goes for the pomegranate, although one pom would probably have enough for a larger serving. :)


  • Wash your pear and then cut vertically into very thin slices. Be careful not to cut the slices too thin so that they don’t hold a “chip/cracker” like form.

  • Next, spread a thin layer of Brie cheese onto the pear slices.
  • Then top the cheese with some pomegranate seeds. You can put as many or as little as you prefer!
  • Finally, top everything with a dollop of honey! 

*NOTE* If you are vegan you can obviously skip the cheese and honey OR try using an alternative to honey like coconut nectar or agave!
