Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
Ingredients
- ½ Banana
- ½ cup of Pumpkin Puree (canned pumpkin puree was used for this recipe, but if you have the time you can always make your own!)
- 2 Soaked Medjool Dates
- 1 Cup of Original Almond Milk
- 1/8 tsp of Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp of Ground Nutmeg
- 1/8 tsp of Pumpkin Spice
- 1/8 tsp of Cinnamon
- 2 Ice Cubes
(*NOTE: You can always up the amount of spices to your liking!)
Directions
- First, soak your dates in warm water to soften them up.
- Next, add the remaining ingredients into your blender.
- Finally, dump the water you soaked your dates in and add both dates the the blender with all of the other ingredients.
- Blend + Enjoy! :)
