Pumpkin Spice Smoothie


Pumpkin Spice Smoothie


  • ½ Banana
  • ½ cup of Pumpkin Puree (canned pumpkin puree was used for this recipe, but if you have the time you can always make your own!)
  • 2 Soaked Medjool Dates
  • 1 Cup of Original Almond Milk
  • 1/8 tsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/8 tsp of Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp of Pumpkin Spice
  • 1/8 tsp of Cinnamon
  • 2 Ice Cubes

(*NOTE: You can always up the amount of spices to your liking!)


  • First, soak your dates in warm water to soften them up.
  • Next, add the remaining ingredients into your blender.
  • Finally, dump the water you soaked your dates in and add both dates the the blender with all of the other ingredients.
  • Blend + Enjoy! :)
